Introducing Forum OS for EO Atlanta Members

We are launching Forum OS to strengthen how our Forums operate, stay aligned, and create value throughout the year. Forum is the core of the EO experience, and Forum OS provides a simple, centralized system to help your group stay organized, accountable, and connected between meetings.

The objective is straightforward: Protect the quality of Forum while making participation easier and more impactful for every member. The primary purpose for Forum OS is to make the process for forum placement seamless and streamlined for your forum’s moderator.  This is not a required software tool for forum members, but an optional one we believe will improve the overall experience for forums.

What Forum OS Is:

  • A secure, centralized platform for your Forum

  • A place to track commitments, meeting cadence, and key takeaways

  • A structured system that supports consistency, accountability and getting to the 5%

Why It’s Beneficial

  • Easier forum placement for new members and moderators

  • Nothing falls through the cracks between forum meetings

  • Clear visibility into goals, issues, and follow-ups

  • Stronger continuity year over year

Why You Should Join:

  • It enhances the value you receive from Forum

  • It simplifies communication and follow-through

  • It helps your Forum operate at a higher level with less friction

We will host a virtual Lunch & Learn Monday, March 23 at 12:00 - 12:30 PM to walk everyone through logging in and getting started. A recording will be available if you cannot attend live. Our goal is to get every Forum fully onboarded and set up for success.

***This is for EO members who are in Forum only.
