In the snowy peaks of Utah, a dragon waits. Not one that breathes fire or has scales, but a formidable beast built of limits, pressure and the weight we carry when we’re responsible for everything!
It’s the dragon every entrepreneur knows, and it’s not meant to be faced alone.
In March, a group of EO members will trade schedules, screens, and routines for snow-covered mountains and shared experience in Park City, Utah. Hosted in collaboration with the EO Utah Chapter, this retreat is designed to create space—space to move, to breathe, to connect, and to remember why community matters in the entrepreneurial journey.
Park City offers a natural rhythm that invites both motion and stillness. During the day, members will have the opportunity to take part in a range of winter activities suited to different comfort levels and interests. Some will find energy and challenge on the slopes skiing or snowboarding. Others may opt for snowmobiling through the backcountry, tubing at Soldier Hollow, or a slower, reflective moonlight snowshoe under the Utah sky.
Some members will arrive looking for adventure. Others may come needing rest. Many will find a bit of both. What everyone leaves with is harder to define but easy to feel: renewed energy, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of belonging within the EO community.
Against the backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains, this retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of leadership and step into connection—with nature, with peers, and with yourself.
