You are about to join the world’s most influential community of entrepreneurs.
Members of EO must be the owner, founder or majority stakeholder of a business earning a minimum of $1 million in the most recent fiscal year. Venture-backed companies must have either privately-raised funds of at least $2 million or publicly-raised funds of $5 million and a minimum of 10 employees.
Not quite at $1 million? Consider our Accelerator program.
Before you get started, here is a brief look at the application process:
Once received, your application will be reviewed by the Atlanta chapter to ensure that all criteria is met.
If you meet the initial criteria, the Atlanta chapter will schedule an interview with you to further explore your interest in EO.
Depending on your interview, your interviewer will nominate you for acceptance to the organization. The Board of Directors will review and vote on your application.
Upon your acceptance, you will be contacted for payment of your annual membership fee, which is comprised of both Global and chapter dues of $5,700 — pro-rated starting with the month joined, through 30 June — plus a one-time $3,800 initiation fee (includes Forum Training and Moderator Training fees and a $500 voucher to be applied to an event outside of our local chapter).
Following payment, you will be added to EO’s global and local chapter websites, providing you exclusive access to forum, events, and member benefits.
Within the first three months of membership, you will partake in an EO orientation, which will include a welcome package and introductory information from a member of the EO staff. You will also go through Forum training and be placed in a Forum.
*You will be taken to the EO Global website to submit your new member application.
