- After 12 years as SWOOP, the Philadelphia Eagles' mascot, Ryan traded the sidelines for Napa Valley in 2011 to pursue his passion for wine. He spent four years at Bounty Hunter as one of its top wine scouts before joining Jackson Family Wines, where he created the first direct-to-consumer program for The Spire Collection.
