About the Speaker:

Scott is a speaker, coach, and facilitator whose purpose is helping teams and organizations unlock the inspiration, possibility, and leadership potential necessary to achieve breakthrough results. He has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience, primarily in the retail and restaurant industries. His professional background also includes training and development roles with Fortune 500 companies as well as operations director roles for restaurant franchisees. These experiences enable Scott to understand many of the challenges leaders face today.

Scott is a certified leadership coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is an active member of the International Coach Federation. He regularly coaches corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to help them develop the awareness and influence needed to do their best work.
