Need-Finding and Customer Research for Business Owners

Many business owners and leaders are rapidly changing business models and offerings in response to the global pandemic and economic downturn. With needs changing fast, it’s hard to get a handle on what customers want to buy today, and even harder to figure out what they might want tomorrow.

This session was created to help business owners conduct their own qualitative, relationship-building customer research, diving deep into both implicit and explicit customer needs. With data gathered through a need-finding process, business owners will be equipped to offer products and services that customers love and buy.
