Charles has served as a management advisor within the outsourced human resource services (HRO) industry since joining Adams Keegan in 2003, after working with the City of Minneapolis-Mayor’s Labor Relations Team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Florida, and a master’s of business administration from Auburn University.
