Mike Simonsen is the founder and CEO of the real estate analytics firm Altos Research. A true data geek, Mike founded Altos Research in 2006 to bring new insights on the US housing market to those who need it. 

His talk, Hacking Happiness, is the result of a lifelong study of human performance and psychology and a deeply transformational personal journey. 

The company now serves the largest Wall Street investment firms, banks, and tens of thousands of real estate professionals around the country. His work was recently featured in the New York Times, The Atlantic, and other publications. 

Mike was the 2020 president of the San Francisco Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and is currently serving on the EO Global Forum Committee with the personal goal of bringing a high-performance forum experience to every member of EO.
