“Greatness Lies Within Listening” with Eric Maddox

Eric gives audiences behind the scene story of how he tracked down Saddam Hussein, the Ace of Spades while serving as an interrogator for a Delta Force team. For his success, he received the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, the Defense Intelligence Agency Director’s Award, The Legion of Merit, and The Bronze Star. Eric has since conducted over 2700 interrogations of prisoners from 25 different countries and has perfected the art of listening.

• Learn the process of Empathy-Based Listening which is listening done without distraction and helps one gain trust.
• Learn about listening not just with the ear but is rather a psychological process.
