May 28, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT
Stress and pressure are unavoidable aspects of doing business. In times of calamity and rapid change, these stressors become even stronger. How can we create an organization that can thrive off of stressors rather than be harmed by them? In this session, the speaker will discuss the importance of creating organizations that are able to grow through strain and demonstrate a process to help your organization become not only resilient under pressure but truly anti-fragile. Specific tools will be reviewed to assist you in this effort.
