EO Confidential Forum Series

This is an innovative event where we focus on current and fundamental business challenges.

It will bring together chapter members in a closed-coached session to share experiences around one specific business challenge.

Each Forum Confidential session will be a closed virtual meeting, moderated by an EO member, and follow a deep-dive presentation format.

• Presentation Topic: Managing employee health and morale in this challenging time: promoting physical and mental health in this new spike of Covid infections?
• Business Challenge: From the recent survey amongst EO Atlanta members, several businesses expressed concerns about managing employee health. This relates to discussing and potentially enforcing vaccinations to new mask mandates, ensuring employee morale and mental health are maximally positive, and supporting physical health.
• Presenter: This boutique media agency predominantly hires millennial employees nationwide, working remotely and in a highly pressurized goal-orientated environment. The agency has invested time and resources in keeping morale high with virtual team events/experiences, online collaboration tools, and acknowledging employee wins. Mental health is definitely a concern for some of our newer and younger employees who seem regularly anxious. What more can do we to build their self-confidence and self-worth? When is this no longer a concern for the employer but a medical issue? When is the right time to agree on that office lease and what do we do about 50% of the workforce is out of state?
• Business Need and Experience Share: The businesses involved are looking for guidance and experience share: how are you handling these situations, what have you successfully implemented, what resources have you used?
