EO Confidential Forum Series

Get ready for our Fourth EO Confidential Forum Series session! 

We started this new initiative to help members address fundamental business challenges. 

This initiative brings together chapter members with other members and a dedicated SAP in a closed coached session to share experiences around one specific business challenge.

Each monthly Confidential Coaching session will be a closed virtual meeting, moderated by an SAP Committee member, and follow the EO deep-dive presentation format. 

Our March Session Will Feature:

• Business Challenge: a successful professional IT services consultancy has developed a SaaS product but the EOA member has little experience with marketing/selling SaaS digital products
• Key competency: the company’s success & reputation with building custom web development solutions 
• Experience Share: this member is looking for experience shares on 2 different topics:

1. Experience share and open to advice on “lessons learned” by others who have introduced and marketed digital products (esp. SaaS)
2. Early guidance around building a SaaS business for investment or acquisition
