EO Confidential Forum Series Presents: “Successful and Profitable Business Facing a Significant Headwind”

The EO Confidential Forum Series session is a new initiative to help members address fundamental business challenges. This initiative brings together chapter members with other members and a dedicated SAP in a closed coached session to share experiences around one specific business challenge.

Our First Session On:

• Business Challenge: a successful and profitable business is facing a significant headwind.This company is a technology reseller and its EOA owner is impacted by fundamental shifts in market dynamics and clients spending much less capital now due to uncertainty (C-19, country leadership).
• Key competency: the company’s ability to successfully sell complex technology and services
• Experience Share: this member is looking for experience shares on 3 different topics:

• 1. Business pivot (to reselling other services or technology)
  2. Quickly assess and evaluate new commercial opportunities
  3. Introductions to new services and technology to sell
