EO Accelerator Learning Day: People

EO Accelerator learning days are held quarterly and cover the four topics (strategy, execution, people, and cash) included in Verne Harnish’s book, Scaling Up. Mandatory for EO Accelerator members, learning days are open to all EO members. A full day of content is provided by an EO facilitator and a guest speaker rounds out the day.
People Day focuses on some of your most important assets – your people.
