Adapting to the Current Labor Crisis Including 401(k) Benefits
February 15 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm EST
This presentation titled “Adapting to the current labor crisis including 401(k) benefits” will be centered around the current labor force challenges, often referred to as The Great Resignation” in hopes of gaining a better understanding of what is driving this unionization of Americans. We will then review Chases’ small business owner survey findings and identify specific initiatives that those surveyed are looking to execute in 2022.
One of those initiatives is exploring the installation of a 401(k) to help attract and retain top talent. The 401(k) provides more benefits to the business and business owner than just retention of employees so we will explore those other popular benefits as well. We’ll wrap up our conversation on the trends we are seeing with the state and federal government mandates and the conversation continues to advance on helping Americans save for retirement through their employer-sponsored workplace retirement plan.
